HOW DO I MEASURE MY DOG?
If you don't have a soft ruler tape available, we recommend grabbing a piece of string to measure your pets neck. Wrap the string loosely around the preferred area where the collar or bandana will sit, and remember, do NOT pull too tight! When you have the string held at the desired spot, cut the string, and then lay flat and measure with a ruler.
OR
Grab their current collar, lay flat, and measure.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Banditos Chismosos does not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order please send us an email within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

SHIPPING
We currently ship all bandana orders via USPS. Due to all bandanas being made-to-order, each order takes approximately 2-3 days to be made and get shipped. Once the order is shipping, it may take 5-7 business days to arrive based on your location and the postal service.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or customs delays.
Banditos Chismosos is not responsible if you entered an incorrect shipping address. Once an order has shipped we are unable to stop a package or change the destination.
